c25kStarted out quite a bit too fast, then slowed way down for the second half. Overall just scraped 3.6 km in 30 minutes, which means I didn't lose out too much by going too fast early on, but I can do the same with less effort if I stick to a steady pace. Technically that's my fastest ever 1 km, in under 7½ minutes, but I'm not sure if that counts when the second km was over 9 minutes...
