Winter is hard

livIt wasn't really warm enough to run today, but it was the only time I could get in my third run this week, and it wasn't impossibly cold either. So I borrowed jack's big fleece jacket and ran along the river. It was hard going, and I managed by slowing myself down enough that my lungs weren't complaining too hard. At the moment my comfortable pace is about 8 1/2 minutes per km, so that's pretty much what I did, and fairly steadily throughout so I was getting something right. 3.6 km total.
