Just barely keeping on
Aug. 8th, 2013 08:40 pmSo I've managed three runs this week. I seem to have got slower over the course of the week. I still don't have GPS but I estimate I didn't do much over 3 km in 30 minutes this evening, so pretty much walking pace. But at least I've managed to get myself out of the house and make myself keep going for 30 minutes, that's something.

Date: 08/08/2013 08:06 pm (UTC)Squee! That's awesome. I'm really impressed you still manage 3x per week even when you're busy and don't feel like it -- I'm trying for that, but don't manage to run that often, even if I do running or swimming 2-3 times.
I know it's so disappointing you're slower and it feels like you backslid -- I absolutely cant' be excited about gymming then. But I think jogging 3x per week anyway is what does you the most good, even if it's inconsistent.
