Just barely keeping on

So I've managed three runs this week. I seem to have got slower over the course of the week. I still don't have GPS but I estimate I didn't do much over 3 km in 30 minutes this evening, so pretty much walking pace. But at least I've managed to get myself out of the house and make myself keep going for 30 minutes, that's something.
