c25kPushed myself harder today and managed 3.5 km, just about. The first 20 minutes at about 8½' /km, which is respectable, the last 10 minutes just barely gasping through making myself complete the run. But a 10% improvement over Saturday, even if it was pretty hard going, does give me some hope that I will get back to my previous level in less than half a year.
