Back on track

I've repeated nominal Week K day 1 four times now. Today I finally managed to get back to being able to keep going for 30 minutes again, after some struggles and a longer break than I hoped for over Easter. I ran at 7 kph, which is slower than I was doing before I lost my mojo, but I did get into a rhythm about half way through and was able to keep going fairly comfortably. 4 km total including the warm-up.
And at least psychologically I no longer feel I've completely lost my ability to run, I'm ready to try my 8 kph intervals and full 5 km again next week.
