Week E day 1
Jan. 28th, 2013 12:41 pmBack on the treadmill (there's still ice on the ground). I got the effect I was hoping for, which is that running faster on day 2 and further on day 3 makes day 1 feel manageable. Kept going at 7.2 kph for 24 minutes, then the last 6 minutes at 6.8 kph.
No measurable improvement in distance; 4 km including the warmup or 8'45'' /km. But at least I know I improved the amount of time I kept going at the faster pace.
