And for the third session on the trot, improved my best speed again, managing 5km at 9.3kph, up from 9.2kph :) I'm getting familiar again with the pattern of when my body pretends to be tired, and when it's really reaching its limit.

I'm going to spend several weeks running the same speed or only tiny improvements until I'm sure I'm confident at it, rather than trying to push for a higher goal and ruining my confidence. I so want to see if I can reach 5k at 10kph, which couch to 5k says we should be able to do, but I've found very hard to reach (probably because I've almost never had time to run a third time in the week).
