Partial success

Thursday I left my gym kit the wrong side of town, and wasn't feeling great anyway, so I walked the 5 km home instead of going for a run. I didn't even make a great time on that, but some exercise is better than none. I was away and busy over the weekend, so that left today my first opportunity after the horribleness of last week.
Went to the gym at lunchtime, as it's cold enough that I didn't want to risk an outdoor run again. I'm still not properly well, I think. Anyway, I ran 5 minutes slowly, jogged 5 mins really slowly, but didn't actually find it as "easy" as I should, so took a walking break and then repeated the three sets of 5 minutes like that. 3.3 km overall, and didn't manage the half hour continuous running I'm supposed to be able to do by now. But exercise is exercise, and I made myself take a break and then start again rather than giving up when things got hard.
