Ran for 30min on Tuesday, on what I think might become a regular out-and-back route along the footpath to Coton village.
Ran for 5k on Saturday, on another pleasant route over to my work site and back.
Didn't run Thursday, though I hauled my stuff to and from work. There's something about feeling apathetic on Thursday lunchtimes that I haven't been able to break through. I can't pin it down to anything specific so will just keep removing barriers and maybe next week it'll work.
I've now run at least once for the last five weeks, and twice for three of the last five. I'll call Tuesday and Saturday runs a habit when I've managed 4 consecutive weeks of each. I think my next few goals are:
1. run on thursdays too
2. increase distance of saturday run in stages to 10km
I definitely want to be running 3 times a week before I start stretching that Saturday distance out.
