rmc28I cycled home and decided it was not quite too cold to run, so changed and headed out again as quickly as possible after my obligatory baby-cuddle-and-feed.
Today was 5-8-5 and I tried to run a bit faster in the 5 minute runs than in the 8. I followed my streets-near-home route and definitely covered more distance than usual, finishing up a bit over 3.5km, and further than I ran in the continuous 20 minutes on Saturday.
It should be feasible to get out Wednesday with a bit of planning, and Friday is definitely going to be ok. I'm hoping to keep the momentum going, so I can do Mon-Wed-Fri / Sun-Tue-Thu / Sat-Mon-Wed and then stick at Sat-Mon-Wed for the foreseeable.
