Well that was a pleasant surprise!
Jul. 29th, 2014 07:49 pmHaving last week attained the dubious heights of 'able to complete the week 1 workout on two consecutive occasions', after much struggle and fail along the way, I am pleasantly surprised to report that week 2's allocated workout was comfortably within my capacity!

I used to cycle a lot, but I started cycling a lap of my small town every day when I was twelve, and since I moved out of home I've only cycled enough to notice how *unfit* I am. Any fluctuations in my fitness have been due to practical concerns (walking commute, waitressing on my feet all day, etc versus office-type life).
