Running in Wales

c25kFor complicated reasons I find myself unexpectedly in west Wales. My hosts suggested a run for me, mostly along the Welsh Coast path, which is amazingly gorgeous and has been fixed up in recent years so that much of it, including the section I ran today, is tarmaced and well signposted.
I ran 3.4 km in 30 minutes, at least partly because I was trying to navigate and run at the same time, and there's a couple of complicated road junctions interrupting the path. I'll try that again at the weekend and see if I can make a better time. Anyway I'm proud of myself for keeping up my running routine even when my life routine has been derailed like this.
