Apr. 16th, 2014 09:11 pmAt gym, 5km at 9.2kph, improving from my previous best speed of 9.0kph. About 2/3 of the way through I started getting a stitch, but was able to continue through. A little later I felt I was reaching the limit of my ability to breathe. I felt I could have done more at the end, but not much more. Having games or TV on the screen helped a lot, so I need to remember I get a lot of phantom "I can't go on" that isn't really real as well as real limits when I really can't go on. Next week I'll try this speed again, or maybe 9.3 or 9.4 depending how I feel.
