c25kToday should have been really enjoyable, lovely spring afternoon running along the Cam, and I was relaxed and felt good. Unfortunately my lungs weren't having any; I think I made the right decision to complete the run slowly rather than either giving up or trying to push myself more than that. 3.2 km in 30 minutes. And starting to set up the habit of not missing runs just because I'm spending time in Cambridge.
