It was really nice evening, cool and dry but sunny. I started out feeling enthusiastic, but my lungs started hurting in an incipient asthma kind of way, so I only ran for 15 minutes. Really annoying.
Thank you for the encouragement. It helps so much, you have no idea. One of the reasons I really like this community is that we're all dealing with meaningful physical limitations, and everybody gets that listening to your body is more important than always keeping up with your planned routine or beating your PR.
