Sorry, I'm a total geek about tagging and obscure DW features! Other suggestions: http://c25k.dreamwidth.org/?poster=rmc28 leads to all your posts in the community; you could perhaps put one of those in the link list for each active member?
Another option is to rename tags so that rmc28 becomes member: rmc28 etc. DW automatically interprets the : as hierarchical tags and it would make all the tags which are names of members sit together in alphabetical order in the tag list.
Please ignore if my suggestions are too obsessive!
