Week K day 3

First time running 5km outdoors. I went slowly, having no real pacing guide, and ended up with a fairly slow time of 47 minutes. But I felt comfortably able to breathe for all of that, I think I can afford to push myself a little bit more without being unable to complete.

I'm a bit less impressed with the new shoes now I've done a long continuous run; they are more comfortable than the old ones, yes, but they still gave me blisters on the inside of my heel. I think maybe I need some better socks.
