livWent running with jack along the West side of the Cam, from Chesterton towards Waterbeach. It is very very hot, so I tried to keep a steady pace and not push myself too much, though in fact I started out a bit too fast. Still, I ran over half the distance at under 8.5'/km, slowed down a bit towards the end but still came in at just over 43 1/2 minutes. My PR is 43'15'' and that was a long time ago, so this seemed like a pretty good run.
