Yay, I think I am actually starting to see some improvement here. I struggled to make myself go out, and promised myself that I didn't have to go fast, just had to do a run. In fact, with a 30 minute run on my half uphill route, I didn't feel like I was doing particularly well but actually managed 3.5 km, which is better than I've achieved since I moved here.
