Didn't manage to fit in three runs this week, partly because all you sensible people pointed out that it was a bad idea to run in record levels of air pollution. Today I went for a run along the river after work, which was not especially great but not awful either. I covered only 3.2 km, but that was partly because I made a foolish mistake and decided to turn downstream rather than upstream, only to discover that the bridge at Jesus Green lock is very very closed, so I wasted some minutes getting a bit "lost" instead of actually making progress. It was nice running to jack's workplace and meeting him out of work to walk home together, it felt very coupley :-)
