Running from zombies

Mission 2 this lunchtime (sunshine, cold air). 38 minutes, about 3.75km of running in 28 minutes, bookended by 2x 0.5km of walking.
I continue to enjoy the story and I do find music a bit more motivational whereas speech is better at distracting-from-discomfort. When I did powerwalking in 2009-10, I found that on long training sessions (10 miles+) I would prefer podcasts for the first two-thirds or so, and then as I started to get tired, my brain would gradually stop being able to process the speech and I would need to switch to music to keep me going to the end. I think the mix of speech and music I'm getting in Zombies is working well for me.
My running playlist is basically "everything that looked as though it had a decent tempo" and I have the app pick from it on shuffle. I got a very eclectic set of tracks today, which amused me.
