Week L day 2

It was a bit cold and grey and spitting with rain this evening so I decided to suck it up and go back to the gym. My day 2 workout is intervals of 8 kph with 6 kph walking recovery. I didn't achieve anything really stunning, I did 1 km then 750 m then 500 m twice, giving me a total time of 43'15'', a bit slower than my best time. But I'm keeping going, that's the main thing.
