Attempted intervals at 8 kph again. I didn't quite achieve what I was hoping for, mainly because low blood sugar = no willpower I think, I wasn't actually finding it unbearable, but I couldn't make myself keep going for 3 x 1 km. I did 1 km, 750 m, 750 m and 500 m at the end, so overall exactly the same relative proportions of 8 kph running and 6 kph recovery as last week, and I finished in the same time, 42'43''.
