Week G day 1

Finally made it to 4.1 km in 35 minutes (including the warm-up); I've been stuck on 4.0 km since the main programme. Anyway I improved my 30 minute distance by sticking to 7.2 kph the whole way. It was hard work, but I pretty much knew I was going to be able to complete. Even though my progress is quite slow at this stage, I think I'm doing the right thing because I'm working at the limit of what I can do, so that I have to push myself each week, but I'm rarely taking on too much and having to give up.
