Week F day 2

Running on the treadmill, aiming for 5km in intervals of 0.5 km walking and 1 km running. I increased my speed for the running intervals from 7.5 kph to 7.7 kph, completed the first two runs ok and then ended up with two repeats of 0.5 km. So my total time was 43'39'' for the 5 km, which is the same as I did two weeks ago running at 7.5 kph for a slightly longer total time. I'm proud of being able to run two whole km at 7.7 kph, though, that's faster than I've managed before. My feet and lower legs feel pretty tired, but my lungs coped with it mostly fine.
