Week D2 day 3

Annnnnd 44 minutes continuous running. Slowly, I started at 6.8 kph and then did the second half at 6.5 kph and 6.2 kph, but I kept going. 44 minutes is both too long and doesn't have enough divisors for me to rely on my usual trick of counting fractions, so instead I measured the run in songs. That kept me from clock-watching too much, anyway.
Overall 5.3 km in 49 minutes including the warm-up, or 9'15'' /km. I had vaguely hoped to make the full 5 km this time, but I don't feel embarrassed about being just too slow, the point of my day 3 is to increase my running time by going slowly. And 4.8 km is 3 miles of continuous running. So yay, nearly there!
