Calling this w7d1 not w6d3, since it's the same run, and reckoning as if I've just missed the end of 6 while travelling at the weekend puts my running weeks back into line with calendar weeks.
So, 25 minutes continuous running. I set the treadmill for 25 minutes and my willpower to maximum and just kept going. And I completed it, 3.4 km in 30 minutes including the warmup, or 8'52'' /km. The things that limited me were that my old, cheap trainers were pinching a bit, and 25 minutes is a long time to just keep on putting one foot in front of the other in a constant rhythm without actually getting anywhere.
It felt well within what my lungs could manage. My legs were a bit tired, but not right at the limit of what I can do. I'm fairly confident I can manage to go on for longer, not sure about faster, but I'll try increasing the speed on the treadmill as gradually as I possibly can and see where I get to.
