First time out in a week! I've been poorly, you see.
Amazing how much you lose in only one week of not running. Granted some of it might also be residual tiredness from my cold, but even so. I knew I was going to do my shortest route, but I had hoped I'd be able to do more than just over 20 minutes, though. Unfortunately... no. That was all I had today. I suppose I'll just have to work it up gradually again. At least I'm not starting right from the beginning. It was still only recently when 20 minutes of running was also a lot.

Date: 12/11/2014 04:21 pm (UTC)Haven't managed to go out again since, though. It's November, and I find myself having to choose between running and NaNoWriMo... I just don't have enough hours in the day to do both. I figured I could do running all the rest of the year, but NaNo is only one month so I'm prioritising that. It'll be quite a set-back running wise, but I'm not really too concerned about that. I've already proven that I could do it, so doing it again should be easy enough. Shouldn't even be too bad if I can manage to go out on weekends and Wednesdays. (Although I've spent this particular Wednesday baking biscuits instead. I'm so naughty.)
