c25kToday was a better run than I've managed for a while, not because I magically ran lots faster, but because I was thinking about how much I could push myself (without going too fast so I wouldn't even be able to complete the 30 minutes), rather than about whether I could bear to keep going. Made 3.4 km in 30 minutes, which isn't amazing but is better than I have managed for a while on my hilly route. And my pace was under 9'/km the whole way.
