More treadmill

c25kSimilar experience to Sunday, just a bit better. 15 minutes at 7 kph, 15 minutes at 6.5 kph. I could feel I was on the edge of triggering asthma but my fitness is improving enough that, along with being inside in the warm muggy gym, slowing down was enough to head that off. Just about managed 3.4 km total, by means of putting on a small burst of speed at the end and rounding up (the actual display said 3.35 but I'm pretty sure the treadmill's not accurate to within 10 meters).
If my next run goes ok, I'm going to have a go at starting Zombies, Run! after that.
