c25kIt definitely is hard to keep this up during a heatwave. Many thanks to rmc28 for the encouragement; without your comment I'm not sure I'd have found the willpower to go out again after a week when I really couldn't find any reasonable time to run.
The other thing that's not helping is that, because I have a summer student, I'm on my feet most of the day, which means both that I start out with my legs a bit tired and sore, and that I sometimes have to use evenings to keep on top of admin.
Anyway, a slow gentle run this evening, at least I did it, so I have a hope of making twice this week even if not my ideal three times.
