I have now started on week 4. Evil Laura says that at this point I am running more than I am walking, but seeing as how I can walk faster than I can run, I don't think that ties up well with the fact that today I had to suffer the demotivation that is having to continue past my house! Not much, just a little bit. I shall have to make sure to do the slightly longer route next time.
Longest run in this week is five minutes, shortest run is three minutes and there are two of each. I'm not having too much trouble with the three minutes, actually. The five minutes seem like an eternity, though.
I had several of the following conversation with Evil Laura during,
Me: *Wheeze, gasp* That must be nearly it! *pant*
Evil Laura: That's half-way! Keep going!
Me: *WHEEEEZE!*
The first half of the last five minutes were the worst. I felt like my calves really wanted to start cramping, but luckily they didn't and the feeling went away.
At least the music is marginally better this week.
