I was in Shelford this weekend, and we were able to go out for a nice Sunday afternoon run along the DNA path and up to the hospital. Perfect conditions, warm but not hot, and the mile-long path plus the connection to Addenbrokes is really the ideal running track. jack came out with me, and ran much faster than I did, but it felt companionable to be following after him in the distance.

I took things fairly gently but still managed 3.4 km, quite an improvement on Friday's rather horrible run though still a slowish time compared to the best I can ever manage. I was enjoying being out in the spring enough not to bother with the zombies.
