livI can't believe I'm almost at the end of the story! I'm really glad I've got S2 to look forward to, because I would miss having my zombie story while I run.
Today I managed 15 minutes continuously at 7.5 kph, which is just about the best I've ever done, but the second half of my run was scrappy, I only managed a few short sections at pace with several 6.5 kph breaks. I think I'm honestly getting near the limit of what I can do at the moment, it takes a good day for me to improve on a previous time. Still 3.6 km in 30 minutes.
