Week H day 2

Kept to the 7.7 kph pace for my day 2 run with the fast intervals, but extended the running intervals to 10 minutes each instead of 1 km. That was really hard work, I was substantially out of breath. But I did it, and improved my time to 42'29'' or under 8½ minutes per km (including the 5 minute walking intervals). Again, I feel I've really been stretching the limits of what I can do, even if a 30 second improvement isn't that much in absolute terms.
