Oh, very nice! It's so good that you're enjoying the longer runs. The crash sounds a bit scary, though, glad you're no worse than a bit bruised.
I was definitely pretty tempted to skip straight from the end of Week 6 to 30 minutes; the difference between 25 minutes and 30 minutes isn't huge, and it felt a bit frustrating to increment as gradually as the programme suggests. But I did make perceptible improvements by running for 25 minutes three times, then 28 minutes three times, and then 30 minutes three times, so I guess it does work.
