12k on Sunday, and ZR 16 today

I did a long slow 12k on Sunday: an entirely new route, round through Girton and Histon, using some of the busway.  It was like my previous long runs: well within my limits and quite pleasant, though I was definitely ready to stop at the end and pretty tired afterward.  I found that Monday I was still quite physically tired but also suffused with an unusually strong feeling of relaxed contentment throughout the day.

I couldn't run yesterday lunchtime because of a work thing, but got out today and did just over 30 minutes at 7:30. 

The new voices are definitely Apple voices, as explained by this blog update. Unfortunately so is the app crashing at the end of the mission, but before I raised another bug I checked the twitter account and found that a new update had been released to fix the crashing.  So I've got that downloaded ahead of my next run.

Wow, you're really building up the distance. Well done on a comfortable 12K, and on the short, fast run too.
