30 minute run

Absolutely gorgeous evening, cool and sunny and just perfect for running. My lungs still aren't happy with me; I think the asthma's completely cleared but I think I have very slightly bruised something due to trying to run through an asthma attack last week, because there's one particular spot in my ribs that is sore when I breathe deeply.
For that reason I didn't really want to push myself. In fact Runkeeper threw a fit early in the run and decided I'd run 1 km in less than 5 minutes, which I know is possible for many people but it's ludicrous for me, and since I was running a familiar route I know I hadn't covered more than a few hundred metres. So I don't really have a distance for this, but it felt about average, and my pace over the remaining 25 minutes of the run when the app was behaving was about 8'45'' /km, so not noteworthy but not particularly worse than usual.
