I've had an awful week, for reasons unrelated to running, to the point where I ended up having to skip the second run of the week. And today my feet and legs and lungs already felt kind of bad before I even set off, but I made myself go out anyway, otherwise I wouldn't even get two runs in this week, let alone three.

So I did 3.2 km in 30 minutes, but I didn't completely break my habit, or give up altogether on the uphill bits.
