Week F day 1
Today was hard for no particular reason. I had to really push myself to complete my basic 30 minutes. 20 minutes at 7.2 kph, 10 minutes at 6.8 kph, so 4 km including the warmup again. I'm a bit annoyed that I didn't improve either my total distance or my time at the faster pace, but at least I completed the run. On to the next.
