Week A day 3
33 minutes of continuous running. 20 minutes at 7.2 kph, then 13 minutes at 6.8 kph. I was probably more bored than exhausted by the end. Total distance 4.4 km in 38 minutes (including the warmup), or 8'36'' /km.
I'm also proud of 4 consecutive weeks when I've managed to run three times without missing a single run. I now have almost three weeks away from home and my regular routine. I am hoping to do at least some running in that time, cos I don't want to lose all the progress I've made, but I doubt it will be a regular 3x per week until I'm back at work.
Anyway, my furthest running distance yet, with a respectable pace, feels like a nice way to end this season.
