That all sounds really positive, "hard work but not painful" is surely what we're aiming for.
I find myself adjusting my playlist fairly often - the shorter time of week 3 merited a small change and the longer time for week 4 meant a little overhaul too. I also don't want to imprint on only a few songs for running to, so I will probably change it out again by week 6.
