Week 3, run 1
Monday I was too worn out from wandering around Cambridge on Tour de France day, and last night I just fell asleep when settling the children.
It has remained Too Hot for me to consider running in my lunch hour, but this evening at about 9:30 was lovely. I ran for a bit over 30 minutes at 30s:30s and seemed to cope well enough.
