Week J day 1
Horrible run today, don't know why. I just felt generally off-kilter, muscles, skin, bones, joints, everything. So I didn't improve my performance, but at least I didn't drop off from my best time so far. 4.1 km including the warm-up, that was a mix of 7.5 kph and 7 kph. I was aiming to do two lots of 7.5 minutes then 5 minutes at the end, and actually managed 7.5, 5, 3.
