Week 7 Day 2

So my plan to run Christmas Eve & Boxing Day didn't happen because I didn't want to go and run as much as I wanted to sit around and talk to visitors. But I decided to get out today, a week since my last run, and after talking to my visiting aunt & uncle about couch-to-5k yesterday (they are serious fell runners with decades of experience at it).

I tweaked my route a bit to add a bit of distance and it worked very well; this time I started giving myself a stitch and had to run what felt like incredibly slowly - but I completed nicely warm and RunKeeper told me I'd run my furthest and fastest yet.

Very nice! Well done getting out today, and especially ending the year on a high note with a best distance and speed. I've been enjoying telling my in-laws about the running too, it's very motivating to be able to chat about the C25K thing.
